[ He ducks his head, smiling but not offering a further opinion. ]

[ Andy steps closer and kisses his cheek. ]

[ His face turns towards the kiss like a flower to the sun. ]

[ He's married to the cutest man alive. He's going all the way to the Down for supplies, he doesn't have to, there's stores in the Up that will sell him what he needs. But the studio is struggling and he's trying to help, plus it'll give Ben time to work on the portrait without distractions. ]

[ In that, he succeeds—by the time he returns, Fraser has finished his sketch and moved on to painting, adding colour to a vividly realistic portrait of Huaisang in the act of snapping a fan open to hide a mischievous smile. ]
